• The Highlights of the Main Events and Accomplishments of the Dr.Emmanuel B. Aquino's  Administration:

• The "F.A.N.S. MAIL", the official newsletter of the association was published with Mr. V. Pimentel as the Editor-in-chief.
•  
• A Referendum for the adoption of the Proposed 1973 Major Revision of the F.A.N.S. Constitution and By-Laws:   Dr. Jacobo R. Asuncion,Jr., the Chair of the By-Laws Committee  circulated the proposal by mail. The Result:  the Return Cards had 100%  compliance. And so, the Major Revision was adopted by a unanimous vote !

• Annual Picnic:
• The picnic was held in Owen's Park,Lunenburg,N.S.  We had BBQ, Then   we went swimming.  We visited the boat-building site,and the Fisherman's Museum.

• The "Bayanihan" System of mutual assistanship was organized by Dr. J. R. Asuncion,Jr. It was practiced  effectively through the Bayanihan Standing Committee,where Eng, Eddie Guinto was the  Chair .
